The Achievement Center Early Intervention Program, Inc. is a private not for profit agency. Our mission is to support and strengthen the family of a child with special needs, ages birth to three, through individualized family-centered early intervention education services. We are a contract agency of Portage County Health and Human Services Department and the United Way of Portage County to provide early intervention services in Portage County, WI.
Portage County Birth to Three and the Achievement Center Early Intervention Program are part of Wisconsin's statewide program providing supports and services to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities and their families.
